Group coaching will be 3+ individuals in a meeting. Each person will have time to share and get coached. Group coaching is powerful bc through the stories & insights of others you are able to learn valuable info while they’re getting coached. I remember the first time getting coached in this type of environment I felt uncertain, vulnerable, and unsure about what to share. However, this has become one of my favorite ways to get coached because through others experiences you can learn so much you didn’t even think you needed to learn.
